2. Pricing and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in EURO (€) and include all applicable Sales Tax, Import Duties, and Taxes.
• Payment Methods: We accept major Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cards, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3. Order Processing and Shipping Policy

This section is an integral part of our full Shipping Policy.

• Order Processing/Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to the shipping company within 1 to 4 (Mon – Sat)business days.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 7-17 business days from the date the order is placed (Handling time + Transit time).
• Shipping Cost: Free Shipping is provided on all orders.
• Taxes/Duties: All Import Duties and Taxes are pre-paid and included in the product price.

4. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

This section is an integral part of our detailed Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.

• Return Window (Right of Withdrawal): Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Cost of Return (Change of Mind): If the customer wishes to return an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed immediately upon successful inspection of the returned item and the funds will be credited back to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled free of charge while they are still in the processing stage.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer must then follow the Return Policy to receive a refund.

6. Authenticity & Verification Policy

All products sold by SneakerFreax are 100% authentic and genuine. We source our products exclusively from verified international suppliers and authorized distribution channels.

Authenticity Claims
If a customer believes that a product’s authenticity is in question, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Any claim challenging the authenticity of a product must be supported by independent third-party verification, such as an official brand statement or a certified authentication service.
Subjective opinions, personal assessments, or photos alone do not constitute sufficient proof of counterfeit goods.

Review Process
Upon receipt of valid independent verification within the stated timeframe, we will conduct a full internal review and, if the claim is substantiated, provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

Late or Unsupported Claims
Authenticity claims submitted after the 48-hour notification period, or without independent verification, may be declined.

7. Warranty

All our products come with 1 year warranty.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
