2. Pricing and Payments

• Pricing: All prices are displayed in EURO (€) and include all applicable Sales Tax, Import Duties, and Taxes.
• Payment Methods: We accept major Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

3. Order Processing and Shipping Policy

This section is an integral part of our full Shipping Policy.

• Order Processing/Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and handed over to the shipping company within 1 to 3 business days.
• Sourcing Transparency: To ensure the breadth of our collection and authenticity, some products may be shipped directly from our trusted international supplier warehouses.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 6-13 business days from the date the order is placed (Handling time + Transit time).
• Shipping Cost: Free Shipping is provided on all orders.
• Taxes/Duties: All Import Duties and Taxes are pre-paid and included in the product price.

4. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

This section is an integral part of our detailed Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy.

• Return Window (Right of Withdrawal): Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange.
• Eligibility: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Cost of Return (Change of Mind): If the customer wishes to return an item due to a change of mind (buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Cost of Return (Defective/Error): If the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part, SneakerFreax will cover the return shipping costs.
• Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed immediately upon successful inspection of the returned item and the funds will be credited back to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled free of charge while they are still in the processing stage.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer must then follow the Return Policy to receive a refund. No cancellation fees will be charged.

6. Warranty

All our products come with 1 year warranty.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
