Return Eligibility Requirements: Items must meet all the following conditions to be eligible for a return:
Unused and undamaged.
Returned in their original packaging, including all original tags (if applicable) and shoe boxes (the box must be protected and undamaged).
Suitable for resale.

The customer pays the return costs.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately.
Refund Timeline: The full amount will be credited back to your original payment method. You should expect to see the funds reflected in your account within a maximum of 14 days.
You may exchange a product for a different size or color within 14 days, provided the item meets the Return Eligibility Requirements above.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you (One-time free outbound shipping).
You may cancel your order depending on its processing stage:
Processing Stage: You can cancel your order free of charge.
Shipped Stage: Once your order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. You must wait for the order to be delivered and then follow the General Return Policy above to return the item for a refund.
