Return and Refund Policy

General Return Policy (Right of Withdrawal)

 

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation (Right of Withdrawal), if you encounter any issues with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your product to request a return for a refund or an exchange.

Return Eligibility Requirements: Items must meet all the following conditions to be eligible for a return:

  • Unused and undamaged.

  • Returned in their original packaging, including all original tags (if applicable) and shoe boxes (the box must be protected and undamaged).

  • Suitable for resale.

 

How to Initiate a Return

 

  1. Contact Us: Contact us via our Customer Support page or email us at [email protected] to start the return process.

  2. Documentation: Provide photos of the product (if requested) and a valid tracking number for the return shipment.

  3. Instructions: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.

 

Return Conditions & Shipping Costs

 

The party responsible for shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  1. Return due to Defective Item or Error on Our Part (Free Return): If the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong product/size, we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return label.

  2. Return due to Change of Mind (Buyer’s Remorse): If you wish to return the product for a refund or exchange due to a change of mind (e.g., wrong size selected, did not like the product):

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • The original shipping cost paid for the order is non-refundable.

Refund Policy

 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately, provided the item meets the Eligibility Requirements.

  • Refund Timeline: The full amount (excluding original shipping costs for change-of-mind returns) will be credited back to your original payment method. You should expect to see the funds reflected in your account within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the day we receive the returned item.

  • Non-Refundable: Products damaged by the customer or returns submitted more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

 

Exchange Policy

 

You may exchange a product for a different size or color within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the item meets the Return Eligibility Requirements above.

  • Exchanges for defective items: Shipping for exchanges of defective items is free of charge (both ways).

  • Exchanges for change of mind: The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you (One-time free outbound shipping).

 

Order Cancellation Policy

 

You may cancel your order depending on its processing stage:

  • Processing Stage: You can cancel your order free of charge.

  • Shipped Stage: Once your order has shipped, cancellations are not possible. You must wait for the order to be delivered and then follow the General Return Policy above to return the item for a refund. No cancellation fees will be charged.
