If you encounter any issues with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your product to request a return for a refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Provide photos of the product as requested.
  3. We will send you a return label.

Return Conditions:

  • Defective Items: If we confirm that the item is defective, we will provide instructions for a free return.
  • Non-Defective Items: We always want you to be satisfied with your purchases. However, we only accept returns in the event of a defective product. Thank you very much for your trust and understanding.

Important Requirements:

  • Supply a valid tracking number and the carrier name for the return shipment.
  • Once the product is received, we will process your request for a replacement, discount coupon, or refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You may cancel your order depending on its processing stage:

  • Processing Stage: You can cancel your order free of charge.
  • Warehouse Preparation Stage: Cancellation is allowed, but a €30 fee will be deducted to cover preparation, management, and taxes.
  • Shipped Stage: Once your order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
