3. Delivery Times

The time required to prepare and package your order (handling time) is 1-4 (Mon – Sat) businessdays.

3.2 Shipping Time

  • Shipping Time: Once your package is received by the shipping company , it takes 6-13 (Mon – Sat) business days to be delivered.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time :The total time (preparation, shipping and delivery) is 7-17 business days.
  • Tracking: All orders are shipped with a valid tracking number to monitor their progress.

3.3 Address Changes

Delivery addresses can be updated anytime before the order is dispatched. Once the tracking number is issued, we cannot guarantee address changes.

3.4 P.O. Box & Military Address Shipping

We deliver to P.O. Box addresses via postal services. We can ship to military addresses using postal services.

3.5 Delayed Deliveries

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us so we can investigate the delay with the shipping company.

4. Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

5. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel is damaged during transit:

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Import duties and taxes are covered in the price you pay at checkout. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.
